About DNA Oyj

What does working at DNA feel like? We are a community of nearly 1,700 DNA employees, consisting of professionals from all walks of life. The main reasons DNA employees name for their well-being include the straightforwardness of the work, interesting tasks, good employee benefits, extensive remote work opportunities, a modern work environment, and a family-friendly culture that encourages work-life balance. Every DNA employee has the freedom to develop themselves in their daily work. For us, this doesn't just mean separate courses; we aim to enable a wide range of development opportunities. We support different learners, and you can often choose the best way to train yourself – whether it's learning from colleagues, seminars, videos, or podcasts. We encourage each other to talk openly about career plans and always aim to notice opportunities for internal career moves when needed – both sideways and upwards. At DNA, management doesn't sit in their own offices; they don't even have them. Here, everyone is primarily colleagues. Different ways of thinking and acting within teams are a strength that we aim to nurture. You are welcome to join us just as you are. We dare to say that working at DNA feels good. Would you be ready to try it too? In DNA we want to make our customers' daily lives less complicated. We offer connections, services and devices for homes and workplaces, contributing to the digitalisation of society. We employ nearly 1,700 people around Finland. DNA is a part of Telenor Group, a leading telecommunications company across the Nordics and Asia.
