About DMS LOGISTICS

Founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1987, DMS carries the grit and firmness of all Brazilians. We were born to grow and, over time, have positioned ourselves as one of the best logistics companies in the country. Our first focus was customs consulting, but the demand from active clients led us to invest in transportation as a complementary service, transferring goods from bonded areas to the final customer. In the 1990s, following Brazil's commercial growth and opening, DMS began operations as a Freight Forwarder, and transferred a large part of new investments to this sector, consolidating its image as a Logistics and Customs Services Operator. Our main objective has always been to meet the demands of our clients that were not yet perceived by the market. The early years of the new millennium were important for DMS for the planning of a significant expansion, now of its presence, investing in internationalization. With redirected resources and an updated system to accommodate new types of operations, DMS began operations in the USA in 2007, with the opening of the first international base (MIA). In 2009, two other major steps were taken, with the opening of operations in New York and São Paulo. In 2011 it was the turn of Atlanta and Belo Horizonte. The Panama base (PTY) closes the cycle of growth we are experiencing, expands the scope and brings the company's main operations closer.
