For us at dm-drogerie markt, the "we" is of utmost importance. The "we" are around 60,400 people throughout Germany. As unique as each of us is, we all have one thing in common: we act in the interest of people. That's what we are committed to, contributing our personalities and ideas, questioning the "now" and shaping the "tomorrow". All together, with trust in ourselves and everyone else. We network our skills, personalities, and perspectives to further develop both our way of working and our products and services. This is how we make working and shopping at dm special and inspire people. We work together with freedom, personal responsibility, and initiative at eye level and grow within the community. In the dm store, at the headquarters and distribution centers, as well as at our IT subsidiary dmTECH. Furthermore, it goes without saying for us to offer young people career prospects. That's why we offer numerous training/study places every year, such as training as a sales assistant with a special training concept. Do you question things, think ahead, and dare to try new things?
