About DLG Group

For more than 125 years, DLG Group has been rooted in collaboration. Originating as a cooperative founded by farmers seeking better ways to produce feed and export crops, we have grown into an international group of businesses. We know that by coming together, we become stronger. Our business areas - Food, Energy, and Housing - are natural extensions of our origin as a cooperative supporting agricultural life. Today, we ensure farmers reliable access to essentials such as agricultural inputs, energy products and building materials, and we serve a wide range of B2B customers and consumers who benefit from the high-quality products and solutions we deliver. We are 7,000 colleagues across 18 countries and serve customers in more than 70 countries around the world. In 2023, our revenue was 67.4 bnDKK. Our strategy, Creating the Future 2030, reflects our purpose - grounded in our history, ownership, and role as a leading company - of driving positive change for future generations. Shared responsibility is at the heart of our business, and with our combined capabilities and partnerships, we aim to create solutions that meet the fundamental needs of society, now and in the future. Our roots define who we are and form the foundation of our values, guiding every interaction within our organization and beyond. At DLG Group, we believe that being closely connected, while encouraging individuality and personal responsibility, fosters collective empowerment, which is essential for success. We are committed to supporting each other’s growth, recognizing the unique strengths of every individual, and celebrating the contributions of our colleagues.
