Dixon & Company is a multi-specialist in both permanent and temporary recruitment in Flanders and Brussels. We guide our candidates to the best career opportunity, and for our clients, we find the right talent. We do this in an honest, passionate, and results-oriented way. Dixon & Company aims to be an involved partner in every step of the search process for a new challenge or a new colleague. We believe in a specialized approach in well-chosen domains where we possess strong in-house knowledge and a relevant network. Dixon & Company is an expert in recruitment within these niches: Finance Supply Chain Sales Marketing Since 1681 The name Dixon & Company refers to Andrew Dickson, the very first so-called “caddie” in the history of golf who served the Duke of York in 1681. In golf, a caddie carries the player's bag, gives well-considered advice, and above all, moral support. A caddie is aware of the challenges and obstacles on the golf course and knows the best strategy to tackle them. The caddie always remains a silent but present partner and companion in the player's shadow. At Dixon & Company, we are convinced that the task of a good recruiter is closely related to that of a golf caddie: we carry the tools, we know the terrain, give strategic advice and moral support, and always remain a loyal and involved companion. This applies to both our candidate and our client. The head office of Dixon & Company is located in Antwerp. Feel free to drop by and meet us!
