DivertCity is an "Adapted Company" approved by the Direccte, which primarily employs people with disabilities. The services we offer (cleaning and maintenance of green spaces) support our core business of socio-professional support for our employees with disabilities. As an Adapted Company, DivertCity prioritizes three objectives: to create employment for people with disabilities, to generate a favorable work environment that considers the constraints and potential of each employee, and to professionalize employees with disabilities to optimize their performance within the company and develop their employability. Through its company culture and organization (quality of management, employee support), DivertCity emphasizes responsiveness and reliability in its relationships with clients. The company implements a Societal and Environmental Responsibility policy. The major stakes identified are: the relationship with clients: quality of service based on the professionalization of employees and the effectiveness of management; the relationship with employees: DivertCity focuses on employee integration, strategic workforce planning, and strong socio-professional support; governance: transparency and the pursuit of company sustainability through the reservation of profits are imposed by the SCOP status.
