About Disabled Sailing Association Torquay UK
Founded in 2005 by 5 disabled sailors, we now run two modified 38ft yachts, offering low-cost sailing therapy up to 7 days a week, weather permitting. This can be as a one-off, regular or a pathway to RYA qualifications though our in-house Sailability training school. We have over 200 members, including people with a wide range of disabled conditions, including wheelchair users. We offer sailing adventures that foster teamwork, friendships, build confidence, and inspire a love for the sea.
