On February 5, 1995, Dinâmica Recursos Humanos was founded, headquartered in the city of Cascavel/PR. Led by businesswoman Rosani Ferrari, the agency began its activities specifically in recruitment and selection, temporary and permanent labor outsourcing, cleaning, maintenance, and doorman services. Due to market changes and growth in physical structure, the company began investing in promotional labor and operating in the southern Brazilian states and the interior of São Paulo, focusing on MERCHANDISING. With its branches and subsidiaries, Dinamica Merchandising can act strategically in four states and maintains a presence in the main coverage regions of the brands served.
