Dimensional Insight has been a leading provider of Business Intelligence Software and performance management solutions that work for the customer for 25 years. With a customer-focused approach and innovative products, we are able to support over 2,600 customers worldwide in their information needs. We do not invest in advertising, but we do invest in our products. This results in a lot of word-of-mouth advertising from satisfied customers. This ‘no marketing, just solutions’-approach has made us a solid partner, better able to guarantee the continuity of its services in these times than many other software vendors. The success of our award-winning, self-service BI software, Diver Platform, is partly thanks to our customers. That is why the customer is always central to us and support is one of our spearheads. With Diver Platform, leading implementations have been delivered in which data has been converted into relevant information in innovative ways. We always work towards a sustainable relationship with customers and partners. However, we are of the opinion that most added value for customers lies in independence and autonomy. Of course, we can take care of the entire implementation and hosting, but it is usually more beneficial in the long term to do it yourself. That is why we avoid using expensive consultants where that is not strictly necessary. We like to work towards a situation where the customer can fully meet their information needs independently, and of course, the customer is assisted in implementing the solution. We also provide training for internal employees on how Diver Platform works. By focusing on specific industries and investing in these industries, a lot of knowledge is gained to understand and fulfill the customer's needs. In addition, Dimensional Insight has a large network of distributors and partners, so that customers can be provided with the best possible solutions for their specific situation.
