Through a fully automated interpreter mediation process, handling and matching of assignments is faster and more accurate. What previously took 30-40 minutes is done in 30-40 seconds. Our solutions allow us to focus on the right things: minimal administration but maximum competence development, quality assurance, flexibility, and service. Bookings are best made via web and app. As soon as the order is placed, the system automatically filters interpreters that match the assignment, and then creates a prioritization list. The list is based on a number of significant factors for the best match, which is completely unique. Even for emergency bookings, when the client needs an interpreter immediately, the system filters. Despite this, assignments are filled with an average time of 27 seconds. The fastest emergency booking was filled in 8 seconds. Naturally, all interpreter levels are available; the client chooses the level based on the assignment's nature, and all interpreters speak fluent Swedish and follow "Good Interpreting Practice". The interpreter network is quality-assured daily by all clients. Through the feedback system, the client rates the execution. A number of common reasons for good or poor ratings are pre-filled. In this way, we quickly identify when something is not working, and the system automatically finds clients and interpreters who work well together. Sometimes an interpreter is not needed; it's about shorter and simpler conversations. DigitalTolk has developed the direct translation app PretPal. The unique aspect of PretPal is the connection to the professional interpreter network. This means that, for example, a nurse or case manager can start a conversation via PretPal to, when or if needed, press the "book button" and have a real interpreter over the phone or video in under 30 seconds. DigitalTolk has a close collaboration with Microsoft, and all solutions are developed in Microsoft's GDPR-certified environment.
