DIGI INSTALAC & FTTH

About DIGI INSTALAC & FTTH

DIGI is the fourth largest telecommunications operator nationally, with a large team of professionals distributed throughout the country. It is part of the DIGI Communications Group, present in Spain since 2008, where it is contributing to making connectivity a reality accessible to everyone. We offer mobile and fixed telephony services, as well as internet access and television services in all provinces of Spain. Furthermore, the fiber network deployed directly by DIGI has been recognized for the last 4 consecutive years as the fastest fiber network in Spain in the prestigious Ookla® Speedtest Awards™, in the main urban centers of the country. Since 2019, the Infrastructure and Installations teams have been responsible for the construction and installation of DIGI's FTTH network. These teams execute all phases and processes associated with network deployment, because at DIGI these activities are not subcontracted; the entire team is directly hired by DIGI. These teams include: Engineering: responsible for Network Design and Surveying, and permit management for deployment. Construction: responsible for cable laying and fiber splicing. DIGI has the best Network Deployment teams for Power, Distribution, and Maintenance in Spain. Installations: responsible for providing internet service to our customers. Additionally, DIGI has a logistics center in Madrid and warehouses nationwide, which support all company teams in material provision. The professional team in this area is the largest within the company and is distributed throughout Spain, aiming to bring DIGI's network to all locations nationwide.
