About Dierenbescherming

The Dierenbescherming is a non-profit organization. With the efforts of 380 passionate employees and over 4,000 volunteers, we advocate for the interests of animals in the Netherlands. As Dierenbescherming, we stand for protecting animals in the Netherlands in the broadest sense of the word; we recognize their value and represent their interests. Together, we make animal-friendly the norm. Since 1864, the Dierenbescherming has had a clear mission: to ensure a better life for all animals in the Netherlands! From chickens to pigs, from cats to hedgehogs. As an animal protector, you make a real difference for animals and contribute to a better world. We also help you grow by offering training through our own DB Academy. Looking for a job at De Dierenbescherming? Then we kindly refer you to the following link: .
