About Diamant-groep

As a broad learning and work company, Diamant-groep offers suitable work and development to approximately 2,300 people with a distance to the labor market. We strive to maximize our employees' chances of obtaining regular employment. Development is an important and continuous process in this regard. The Diamant-groep is a joint arrangement of six Brabant municipalities: Tilburg, Goirle, Dongen, Hilvarenbeek, Alphen-Chaam, Gilze and Rijen. Diamant-groep implements the Social Work Facilities Act for these municipalities. We also work for other target groups. Including people who need to find work from a (long-term) benefit position. But also for school leavers with a disadvantage and those re-entering the workforce.
