In the Zwickau district, we are one of the largest employers in the region as a diaconal organization with more than 1,600 employees in over 60 facilities. Our broad spectrum includes residential care facilities, outpatient care services, daycare centers, workshops for adapted work, residential homes for people with disabilities, and diverse social services, such as child and youth welfare, emergency aid, asylum and refugee support, and numerous counseling centers, as well as a guesthouse operation.
