DFR was founded in June 2025 by Jonty Mulholland, who turned the challenge of finding an internship into an opportunity to create one. What began as a small publishing venture quickly gained traction, attracting thousands of applicants every week. Today, DFR is evolving beyond publishing and into fintech. Our flagship financial accelerator, The Dominion Programme, launches in Q2 2026 with the mission of redefining financial education. We aim to become a globally recognised certification, helping students and young professionals build financial confidence in an industry that is often difficult to access and slow to change. Our approach is simple: we do not settle for industry norms. While most accelerators aim for a pass mark of 40% with little feedback, DFR pushes people to excel, not just scrape by. With AI integration at the heart of our platform, we combine innovation with accessibility to transform financial publishing and education. DFR has rebranded, repositioned and refocused with one clear vision: to pioneer the future of financial intelligence across Europe, the UK and beyond.
