Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, DFM Solutions serves a broad range of markets including, automotive, industrial manufacturing, aviation, utilities and commercial. The company is known for successfully managing and delivering full-service facility management including facility maintenance, supplemental labor, plant operations, and self-perform janitorial/industrial cleaning. Founded in 2007, formerly a minority-owned enterprise, DFM Solutions was formed as a partnership between Devon Contracting and Walbridge. In July 2015, DFM Solutions transitioned to a women-owned enterprise and was certified with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (CEED/WBENC). DFM Solutions has experienced substantial growth in a relatively short period of time. It manages more than 30 million square feet of industrial manufacturing, research and development and commercial space. With more than 400 committed employees, DFM Solutions has been recognized for its continuous focus on value add initiatives in safety, cost savings and efficiency, operations and exceptional quality systems that uniquely meet the needs of our clients.
