Deux Fleuves Loire Habitat, more than just housing! As of January 1, 2024, Loire Habitat became Deux Fleuves Loire Habitat, the Public Housing Office of the Loire. Our Office owns a real estate portfolio of nearly 12,000 housing units and around thirty specific reception facilities, spread across more than 150 municipalities in the Loire. The purpose of our Office is to support territorial development and to offer a quality, pleasant, and affordable living space for our tenants. Our 7 reception offices, our internal Customer Relations service, our local agents present year-round within our residences, as well as our "Tranquility and Mediation" service allow us to offer our tenants support and local service, for their greatest satisfaction. Deux Fleuves Loire Habitat is also ISO 9001 certified and committed to a social and environmental approach recognized by AFNOR (CSR confirmed level), two labels that respond to a desire for constant improvement of our services and our heritage. While maintaining a strong territorial approach, Deux Fleuves Loire Habitat and Deux Fleuves Rhône Habitat (formerly Opac du Rhône) have created the Deux Fleuves Group. Together, the two Offices are developing several specialized skills: Deux Fleuves Senior & Autonomy (ESH), Deux Fleuves Aménagement, Deux Fleuves Accession, and Deux Fleuves Public Equipment and Environment.
