About Design Build Search

At Design Build Search, Ireland's leading construction recruitment agency, we specialise in the recruitment of Construction and Engineering professionals both domestically and internationally. Our journey began back in 2016 with one simple goal in mind: to make Design Build Search, part of the Vertical Markets Group, the go to recruitment firm in the construction sector. At Design Build Search, we're all about connecting employers and construction professionals to either find new talent or land that dream job. We work with a range of reputable organisations from global consultancies to leading Irish contractors who are looked after by our specialist recruitment consultants with expertise in the different sectors with the construction industry. As a result, when you partner with us you will get a dedicated consultant and a specialist experience. Our reputation in the construction sector is well-established, and a significant portion of our business comes from repeat business and referrals which is a testament to our ability to cultivate long term relationships with our clients.
