Peer Counseling Our common path is not a one-way street. For quality assurance, we train our clients and their assistants, advise on pressing issues, and come together at client meetings and lively celebrations. Of course, we are available 24/7 in emergencies for our clients and employees. Our counseling follows the model of peer counseling – counseling by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Assistance As an employer, we at assistenzdienst ruhr take responsibility for our clients and employees. Regular safety training and health courses are part of our offering, as is the free vaccination check. Through our BGW membership, our assistants are also fully insured.
