At Dependable Nursing, we provide skilled in-home healthcare across San Diego, Orange, and Riverside Counties — working closely with VA, Tricare, Medicare, Medi-Cal, school districts, and community centers to help patients of all ages receive the care they need, where they need it. We specialize in pediatric patients — at home and in school-based settings; veterans and seniors — supporting complex medical needs, post-acute care, and ongoing skilled care; and families navigating multi-payer programs looking for trusted, local providers. Our services include Skilled Nursing (RN & LVN), Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), 1:1 Nursing in schools, and Care coordination across VA, Tricare, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and community resources. We are proud to be Medicare/Medi-Cal certified, contracted with VA and Tricare, and a trusted partner to school districts and regional centers/community programs across Southern California.
