Demant Operations Poland Sp. z o.o., Demant Technology Centre Sp. z o.o. and Demant Business Services Poland Sp. z o.o. are part of the international Demant organization, which is involved in the production of hearing aids, bone implants, and devices supporting hearing medicine. Demant in Poland has been operating since 2007. Initially, the company operated under the name Oticon Polska Production and produced hearing aids in the production plant in Mierzyn. Since then, the company has developed not only the production of technologically advanced hearing aids and diagnostic equipment, but also IT, HR, software development, quality assurance, finance, and logistics services. Due to dynamic development and competent staff, in 2015, it was decided to establish a new organization that began providing shared services for companies belonging to the global William Demant group. Currently, we employ over 2,700 people who are responsible for, among other things, implementing new products and manufacturing hearing aids and diagnostic equipment, managing a distribution center with a state-of-the-art high-bay warehouse, financial services, quality and legal requirements assurance, and supporting Demant group companies in the IT area. As part of the international Research and Development (R&D) team, Polish and Danish specialists create software for technologies used in the most modern hearing aids and diagnostic equipment. The company employs high-class engineers and specialists and is constantly expanding its operations, looking for new employees.
