Our diverse portfolio includes 1 luxury apartment community and 8 retail centers which are anchored by National partners, such as Walmart and Lowe's. Delco also owns billboards and hotels that are operated by a team of hotel management professionals. These 4 hotel properties are franchised into National Brands including Marriott, Wyndham, and Hilton. Together, our team, develops your project with you - from the first site survey to your ribbon cutting.
