Deep Sea Headquarters

About Deep Sea Headquarters

Deep Sea Headquarters is a premier fishing, boating, and waterfront destination located in the heart of Port Aransas, Texas. Serving visitors and locals for decades, we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences on the Texas Gulf Coast through deep-sea fishing trips, private charters, long-range offshore fishing adventures, sight seeing excursions and marina services. Our operation includes a fleet of approximately 70-foot headboats offering a variety of offshore fishing trips, along with private charters and specialty long-range trips. In addition to our fishing operations, Deep Sea Headquarters provides a full-service waterfront experience that includes retail tackle and merchandise, fuel, ice, bait, fish cleaning, and marina services as well as sight seeing excursions aboard the Scarlet Lady Dolphin Adventure Boat. As part of the "My Fun Port A" family of businesses, Deep Sea Headquarters is connected to some of Port Aransas' most recognized tourism, dining, and entertainment operations. Our team works in a fast-paced environment where customer service, safety, teamwork, and creating a great guest experience are always priorities. Working at Deep Sea Headquarters is more than a traditional retail or hospitality job. Our employees work directly on the Port Aransas waterfront and interact with thousands of visitors who come to the island to fish, vacation, and enjoy the Gulf Coast. Depending on the position, team members may be involved in customer service, fishing trip operations, retail sales, tackle and fishing equipment, marina and dock operations, boat operations, maintenance, reservations, or other aspects of our waterfront business. We value employees who are dependable, hardworking, friendly, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Because our business is heavily connected to tourism and the fishing industry, our busiest periods can be fast-paced and require employees who work well as part of a team. If you enjoy the outdoors, fishing, boating, tourism, hospitality, or simply want to work in one of the most unique environments in Port Aransas, Deep Sea Headquarters offers an opportunity to build experience while being part of a long-standing Texas Gulf Coast business. Join the Deep Sea Headquarters team and help us continue creating memorable experiences on the water in Port Aransas.
