De Groot Vroomshoop

About De Groot Vroomshoop

De Groot Vroomshoop has been an innovative and progressive player in the construction sector for over 90 years. By introducing prefab construction in the Netherlands, the organization has gained a lead in the market for circular construction. The necessary production locations, covering 9 hectares, are divided into three business units: Building Systems, Wood Construction, and Glued Wood Structures. In addition to building, the focus is also strongly on the more than 250 employees. Think of an informal atmosphere, lifelong learning, and room for individual contribution. World-class Workplace (formerly 'Best Employers') is awarded by Effectory to organizations that are rated above average by their own employees in terms of employee engagement and good employer practices. This year again, our employees have rated us highly, and we are proud and grateful for that! De Groot Vroomshoop, along with no less than 20 VolkerWessels companies, has been recognized as a World-class Workplace this year! Would you also like to work for such a good employer?
