About David Carpenter Architect

Architect with a career across the spectrum of design and construction, including repair and estate master planning. Commissions (both private and publicly funded) include houses, hotels and historic buildings as well as bank interiors, foundries and other commercial and industrial premises. Specialised consultation includes historic building repair and development. I also have a track record in obtaining Listed Building Consent to develop and change the use of buildings and adjoining sites. Present work in Edinburgh is centred on an all-trades team capable of high-end interior and building work, specialist masons, metal work, sign writing and decoration.
