About Dallmeyers Backhus GmbH

At Dallmeyers Backhus! In the broadest sense, cultural achievement is understood as the form-giving transformation of a material. Our materials are those of the baker's trade, from which we create not only food but true delicacies. But that is not enough to be a good baker. In our branches, we create places where people like to stay to escape the stress for a short time, drink coffee with friends, or simply buy an excellent bread. Baking is our passion. Our goal is that this spark jumps over to our customers through our products. In addition to all cultural and culinary demands, the quality of our baked goods is our top priority. The goods produced in our bakery are honest in craftsmanship and offer a wide variety. Our first branch, out of about 100, was opened in 2000. More than 700 employees in the branches take care of our customers' well-being. They provide competent advice, they bake fresh. They prepare delicious snacks and serve fragrant coffee specialties. You will find our branches in the pre-checkout area of EDEKA stores in Hamburg, Schleswig Holstein, Lower Saxony, and Mecklenburg Vorpommern. In addition to the classic bakery range, we offer breakfast, coffee and cake, gourmet snacks, and small, warm bakery-style dishes. Our branches should impress as bakeries, but also as coffee shops, patisseries, and gourmet bistros. Our gourmet gastro concept includes popular snacks such as Big Burgers, baked potatoes with various toppings, Leberkäse rolls, and pizzas baked with a thin and crispy crust. We have the right culinary accompaniment at any time of day - whether enjoyed in our inviting branches or for takeaway.
