Dacotah Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Our organization is dedicated to aiding those less fortunate. Our agency has had a presence in the Bismarck-Mandan area since 1965 and in Fargo since 2003. MISSION To provide a system of care that enhances the quality of life for children and adults with mental illness and/or chemical dependency OBJECTIVE To define and sustain a community-based mental health system COMMITMENTS Delivering services in the least restrictive setting Collaborating with other community agencies Partnering with family members Encouraging system independence by involving community informal resources
