Founded in 1912 by Emil Hoffmann in the city of Rodenkirchen, near Cologne, the company grew with extraordinary success, having focused its activities on international markets from the outset. As early as the 1930s, the company had subsidiaries and/or agents in 26 countries. In Brazil, Cyklop has been operating since 1936, initially through representatives and importers. Today, Cyklop has a factory in Brazil, producing a wide range of machines, equipment, and supplies for closing, tying, unitizing, and palletizing transport loads. Our product line includes polyester, polypropylene, and steel straps, gummed paper, self-adhesive tapes, and metal seals, all nationally manufactured with the most advanced technology. Our technical department is capable of offering complete solutions for your needs, from design to permanent technical assistance. In 2004, Cyklop do Brasil was certified by the AAR (Association of American Railroads) for the manufacture of this type of polyester strap. This meets the needs of our exporting industry, especially the timber sector, which requires security and reliability in its processes.
