About CROWD FIRST SAFETY GROUP

Crowd First Safety Group is a professional event safety company specialising in crowd management, security, stewarding, event management, and industry training. We support a wide range of events, from festivals, concerts, and sporting fixtures to corporate events, community gatherings, and private functions. Our security and stewarding teams play a vital role in creating safe, welcoming, and well-managed environments. Our SIA-licensed security officers provide a visible and professional presence, helping to protect people, property, and venues through effective access control, incident response, conflict management, and customer-focused security. Our stewards assist with audience management, ticket checking, wayfinding, crowd movement, and providing information to attendees, helping events run safely and efficiently while delivering a positive visitor experience. Alongside our operational services, we work with organisers and venues to plan and deliver successful events through effective event management, risk assessment, and crowd safety planning. We also provide training and development opportunities, helping individuals build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to succeed within the events and security industry. At Crowd First Safety Group, we believe professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and excellent customer service are the foundation of everything we do. We invest in our people and are committed to creating a supportive working environment where employees can develop their careers while making a meaningful contribution to the safety and success of every event.
