Cristina is a young chef and businesswoman who, together with her husband Álvaro Corsini, has three restaurants, three gourmet and housewares stores in Madrid, a catering service that serves events of up to four thousand people, and a website that ships her created products throughout Europe, including food items, kitchen accessories, tableware, and home decor. She also handles corporate gifts for up to 10,000 units for a single company. Her company has over one hundred and thirty employees. She owns an estate with over 20 hectares of olive trees, from which she produces her own extra virgin olive oil, and large orchards to supply her kitchens with fruit and vegetables. Her Instagram account @cristinaoriachef has over 200,000 followers, where she shares recipe and lifestyle videos.
