Gary and Malisa Blake co-founded Creative Solutions in Healthcare that year and opened their first care facility; Granbury Care Center. The facility provided care services to 176 residents. With nearly 30 years of experience in caring for seniors, Gary Blake recognizes and has made it his company's top priority to care for seniors with the respect, compassion and dignity they deserve. Creative Solutions currently owns and operates skilled nursing and assisted living facilities with it's corporate offices, located in Fort Worth, Texas.
