About Creative Roots Landscaping Ltd

Since 1994, Creative Roots Landscaping has been designing, building, and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley. We are a full-service landscape company known for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and pride in work that lasts. From custom landscape construction to detailed maintenance, we serve clients who care deeply about their homes and trust us to do things right. But what truly sets Creative Roots apart is our people and our culture. We believe landscaping is more than just physical work — it’s a craft, a team effort, and a pathway for personal and professional growth. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability, and we invest heavily in training, leadership development, and clear growth paths. At Creative Roots, you’ll find: A team-first, respectful work environment. High standards for safety, quality, and professionalism. Leaders who coach, support, and hold people accountable. Opportunities to build real skills and a long-term career. A culture that values creativity, ownership, and pride in doing great work. Our work is outdoors and physically demanding — and we’re upfront about that. In return, we offer a workplace where people are treated well, expectations are clear, and effort is recognized. We don’t just take care of landscapes — we help people grow, and we build outdoor spaces our clients are proud of.
