Crandell’s Enterprises Inc. is a minority female-owned S-corporation that offers a unique combination of premier home health care for individuals suffering from mental disorder, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. The initial office was established in April 2002, then incorporated in June 2006 in quality office space on 4406 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, North Carolina. Crandell’s Enterprises, Inc. began as Ann’s Family Care Home in August 2000, as a Sole Proprietorship. With assistance and counsel, incorporation and expansion of services were successfully implemented in June 2008. Crandell’s Enterprises, Inc. is comprised of Adult Care Homes and Mental Health Homes. We have fully-furnished homes with up to six clients in each home. Our agency is licensed by the State of North Carolina, and our services are reimbursed by Private Pay, Medicare, Medicaid, and other private insurance carriers. Every day, people fall through the cracks of traditional adult health care in North Carolina. Crandell’s Enterprises Inc., formerly known as Ann’s Health Services, provides access to medical care and housing for these mentally ill, developmentally disabled, and substance-abused adults. Crandell’s Enterprises Inc. strives to serve individuals’ health and housing needs through education, a low-cost clinic, and programs.
