About Cramif

At Cramif, our mission is to prevent, support, and repair vulnerabilities in the Île-de-France region, both social and professional. Within the framework of public authorities' and the National Health Insurance Fund's orientations, our role is therefore more essential than ever. In direct contact with insured individuals and in liaison with healthcare professionals, we act with people in difficulty or without access to care, enabling them to gain autonomy. We pay disability benefits to over 100,000 beneficiaries in Île-de-France. We support people with disabilities or loss of autonomy and intervene in adapting their living environment and their workstations in companies. And because social vulnerabilities create difficulties in accessing care, we offer consultations at convention-agreed rates in our Medical Center. Alongside companies in the region, we help them preserve the health of their employees by supporting them, training them, and implementing an incentive contribution system. When a risk materializes, we repair its consequences, contributing to the recognition of occupational diseases. Each year, we also support over 17,000 insured individuals to prevent professional disinsertion following an accident or illness.
