What We Do CCMS provides a range of personalized services designed to support individuals in their journey toward independence: Community Employment Services – Helping individuals find meaningful work through job development, placement, and workplace support. Community Integration – Providing social engagement opportunities to help individuals connect, participate, and find their place in their communities. Supported Employment – Offering on-the-job coaching and long-term career support to help individuals not only secure jobs but succeed and grow in them.
