About COSIVIA

COSIVIA is a social housing company and a member of the Habitat en Région group. We were born from the desire to place good housing and solidarity at the heart of social progress. These associative roots have nurtured our development, our innovations, and our desire to act as closely as possible to the needs of society and the most modest individuals, with responsibility and sustainability. For 110 years, we have been working alongside the inhabitants and municipalities of Île-de-France, supporting innovative urban projects as well as, and above all, life projects, by advocating for quality housing for all. We have built and manage 8,000 social housing units and 1,000 intermediate housing units (COSIVIA Foncière) in attractive locations close to employment centers. Today, we house and serve 24,000 clients and represent the Habitat en Région group in the Île-de-France region. Although our expertise is diverse, we have remained a human-sized company. This focused expertise is likely what sets us apart. It strengthens our agility, our culture of efficiency, and our relational proximity. It also fosters the versatility, autonomy, skills, and career development prospects of our 135 employees.
