Our purpose: "We provide people with healthcare that matters to them." Corryong Health operates as a Multipurpose Service (MPS), a flexible health care model designed to provide integrated health and aged care services in rural and remote areas. The MPS model enables us to utilise funding from Commonwealth, State and Local sources to deliver General Practice Medical Clinic, Urgent Care Centre, Acute and inpatient care, Residential Aged Care, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services, Community and primary health services, Allied Health and Mental Health services, Home and community-based services, and Health Promotion and preventative care. Corryong Health serves as a key healthcare provider for the Upper Murray region, ensuring access to essential services. We constantly work towards building a service profile that reflects the entire community, to ensure people feel cared for, have an opportunity to be healthy, live well and are connected across the healthcare ecosystem. As the community population profile changes, so too does the Corryong Health service mix. We are also an essential, collaborative contributor to the Hume Local Health Service Network, through supported transitions and services system navigation. We are a trusted partner, focused on fostering strong relationships to ensure our community members have seamless access to the comprehensive care they need, both locally and through broader network linkages. Whilst we cannot provide all services we can be the link between us and other services.
