Cornerstone PT & Wellness opened its doors in 2008 in Arden, NC. This clinic houses all programs that are offered here at Cornerstone such as Orthopedics, TMJ/Headaches, Vestibular, Chronic Pain, Lymphedema, Post Oncological Rehab, Pelvic Health for Men & Women, Pre & Post Partum Care, and Exercise Health (Running, Lifting, etc.). Therefore, this clinic is fast paced and sees high flows of traffic. In 2016, we opened our Woodfin/North Asheville clinic! This clinic is smaller, and its current programs are as follows: Orthopedics, TMJ/Headaches, Exercise Health, Chronic Pain, and Balance/Walking Difficulty. Though we have 2 clinics, we try to prioritize company cohesivity as much as possible with optional outings on the weekends so we can get to know each other and your respective families (Fur babies included), host companywide meetings, etc. We are a private, family-owned company allowing us to create personalized treatment plans for all who walk through our doors, as well as convenient and affordable payment options for those who do not have Insurance. Most Insurances are also accepted.
