About Core Group ME

CORE Emirates is an independent commissioning consultancy supporting the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure across the Middle East, North Africa and the wider GCC region. Combining regional expertise with international best practice, we help clients deliver facilities that are safe, compliant and proven to perform. Commissioning is the process of verifying that building systems operate exactly as they were designed, providing confidence that critical infrastructure is ready for safe, reliable and efficient operation. In fast-moving sectors such as data centres and other mission-critical facilities, independent commissioning plays a vital role in reducing risk, protecting investment and ensuring operational resilience from day one. Our teams deliver Commissioning Authority (CxA), Commissioning Management (CxM), Commissioning Project Management (CxPM) and MEP consultancy services across every stage of project delivery. Working closely with developers, consultants, contractors and operators, we provide the technical leadership, coordination and independent assurance needed to successfully transition complex facilities from construction through to live operation. Clients choose CORE Emirates because we understand the unique demands of delivering major infrastructure projects across the region. Our combination of local knowledge, technical expertise and collaborative project delivery enables us to support some of the world's most demanding developments while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and performance. As part of GCV Group, we contribute a specialist layer of expertise within a wider ecosystem of independent lifecycle assurance. Together, our businesses provide assurance across commissioning, electrical verification, safety governance and operational readiness, helping clients reduce risk and deliver resilient mission-critical infrastructure from design through to live operation.
