About Conversando Gr

We are a female team dedicated to what gives meaning to our lives: Working with others, for others, and on this path, continuing to learn, transform ourselves, and become better people. We have discovered virtuality as a great tool to give shape and strength to our purpose, which is working with leaders and their teams; through live, close, and transformative virtual training. We accompany organizations in the development of human leadership that achieves their objectives through the power of teams, through training, individual and group coaching, and through the practice of consulting to strengthen teams in the co-construction of actions for personal and organizational well-being. We believe in the positive value we bring, the transcendence of our work, and we are very happy to make this planet a better place to live. We are available to talk, listen, have a virtual coffee, and accompany you in your transformation processes.
