About Consult Recruitment

We believe that if you hire the right people everything else just falls into place. We are famous in New Zealand for finding the best talent in accounting and finance, tech, digital and transformation, professional services and executive search. We believe that we're nothing without great people (that means our team, as well as the people we work with). This belief has seen us grow into one of New Zealand's leading specialist recruitment firms. We match outstanding talent with exceptional career opportunities. We work with only the best companies on an if we couldn't work for them, we won't represent them basis; and we work hard to access the talent that other agencies and companies cannot find. 88% of the roles we placed in the last 12 months came from our internal talent community - not from online job ads. As of June 2026. We are sourcing superstar job seekers, we are relationship formers and we are business transformers. After all, every business needs the right talent to succeed and our role is to connect the right talent with the right business. We are ambitious, positive, humble and honest. Our success thus far is because we are good at what we do, we believe we are here to serve and we love adding value. We are B Corp and StaffSure certified. We're based in Auckland but recruit nationwide when needed. We are proud winners of the Recruitment Leader of the Year Awards, the Recruitment Professional of the Year Award, winners of the Corporate Social Responsibility Award, supreme winner of the Travelwise Choices Award, and ranked in both the Deloitte Fast 50 index (fastest growing business in NZ) & Deloitte Master of Growth index.
