Job responsibilities As a consultant, you will be called or emailed by a candidate. You will visit them for an intake interview that lasts approximately 2 hours. You will ask many questions, including very personal ones. Before you permanently register them, you will advise the client on which services can be used and indicate how many partner proposals the candidate can expect. You will select potential candidates for your client from your database and the regional database (in consultation with colleagues from the regional team). There is also a national database managed by the Mens & Relatie mediation department in Venlo. They can select candidates from outside the region.
