About Constructif

Constructif is the specialist in sustainability and maintenance of existing real estate. With approximately 500 great employees, branches in Dordrecht, Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Rijen, Rijswijk, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Zoetermeer. Constructif builds, renovates, remodels and maintains high-quality and sustainable structural works for both residential and utility construction. We work for, among others, housing corporations, real estate owners, care and educational institutions, banks, hospitals, (semi-)governmental bodies. Constructif, we are not only in name, but in everything we do: constructive, supportive and solution-oriented. The 'if' in Constructif can also be read as 'if'. Only when everything is correct and positively contributes to the stated goal, is it truly Constructif. We delve into the actual needs of both the end-user and the real estate owner. We then examine a project from the perspective of the different needs and set realistic goals. We prefer continuity over profit maximization. People over figures. Because to build (remodel) together, you must be able to rely on each other. We gladly do this together with partners who, like us, highly value circularity and innovation. Consciously building for our future and that of future generations. In short: Constructif building (remodeling) means thinking along, thinking ahead and taking responsibility. Investing in people and thus building bridges. Listening to different parties and discovering what binds them. Building satisfaction together sustainably!
