Before you even start your new role with us, we will introduce you to your New Starter Lead who will give you the confidence and reassurance you need before starting your role. You will be able to talk to them whenever you need to and ask them questions as and when. Seeing a familiar face on your first day always eases first day nerves. As well as a New Starter Lead, you will also be able to seek help and support from the manager of a service, as they operate an open door policy whereby open communication, feedback and discussion is key.
