Connexis Search Group places permanent diagnostic and life science candidates. We serve the Medical Device, Biotechnology, and Life Science industries. The types of candidates we place include Sales, Sales Management, CLIA Lab Directors, Molecular PhDs, Molecular Pathologists, Genetics PhDs, Revenue Cycle Management, and Managed Care Reps/VPs. Over the last thirty-five years, we have placed over five thousand candidates with numerous medical and life science companies. Initially, our focus was on placing sales and marketing candidates with IVD companies and reference laboratories. In the last ten years, we have expanded our scope, placing a wider variety of candidates into a broader range of medical companies. We are proud to have partnered with numerous start-up companies, helping CEOs build their executive teams and then helping those executives build their teams. We have also assisted numerous well-established companies as they rapidly expand their sales forces across the US. We judge our success on placing candidates that become top-performers for our clients, not just on making the placement. As a result of placing candidates that have a tremendous impact on our client's business, over eighty percent of our business is from returning clients.
