A culture based on trust and equality Connection SGGZ has a flat organizational structure with short lines, which means we stand close together as a team and can switch quickly. The management consists of two directors, a medical director, a treatment affairs manager, and two operational managers, working from a basis of trust and equality. A comprehensive team where quality is central Furthermore, our care is meticulously organized into small-scale teams, allowing us to always guarantee quality and personal care. Our clinical team is fully multidisciplinary, consisting of multiple psychiatrists, addiction specialists, clinical psychologists, GZ psychologists, nurse practitioners, junior psychologists, agogues, specialized therapists, nurses, case managers, and peer support workers. Our specialization is addiction care, but due to our extensive team and broad expertise, we also specialize in dual diagnoses such as addiction with trauma, personality disorders, anxiety and depression, and ADHD.
