About Comutitres

Our mission: to manage transport passes for the Île-de-France region. For over 20 years, Comutitres has ensured the operational management of most transport passes in Île-de-France, such as the Navigo annual, monthly, or weekly passes, imagine R, Solidarité Transport, Navigo Liberté +, and Améthyste. Our purpose: to provide a common ticketing framework for the various public transport stakeholders (carriers, funders, travelers) to facilitate the 9.4 million journeys made daily by Parisians. As of June 1, 2023, Comutitres is a subsidiary of Île-de-France Mobilités, the mobility organizing authority for Île de France. Our 3 pillars: INNOVATION: we have enabled the deployment of numerous innovations: new products, new media, new reloading terminals, smartphone payment systems, new validation solutions... SERVICE: Serving all public transport stakeholders, we manage the subscription and distribution of transport passes, customer relations with users, and the redistribution of revenue to different operators... SECURITY: Our activities rely on numerous information systems. We ensure their reliability and proper functioning over time by securing each stage of the projects entrusted to us.
