About Community Options ND

Community Options is a for-profit corporation dedicated to supporting individuals in leading lives of their own choosing. We enhance dignity and respect through meaningful employment, home ownership or rental, nurturing relationships, and fulfilling roles within the community. Our services are divided into two primary departments: 1. Residential Services: This department provides various support within the individual’s home and in the community. Our programs are tailored to meet the level of assistance requested and the specific location in which support is needed. In Residential Services, we refer to the individuals we serve as customers. 2. Behavioral Health Services: We offer a range of contracted programs that include health, housing, and other rehabilitative services. Referrals are received from various agencies across North Dakota. In Behavioral Health Services, we refer to the people we serve as clients. At Community Options, our programs are designed to deliver personalized services that empower each customer and client to express their dreams and desires. We support them in making informed decisions necessary to achieve those aspirations while also helping them to understand the responsibilities that accompany their choices. Community Options employees are committed to our customers and clients; their satisfaction is a key factor in evaluating the quality of our support and the overall performance of our agency in helping them reach their outcomes and goals.
