He then developed customer support solutions based on his experience, which ultimately led him to establish colpari. Daniel also worked in call centers for several years, including as an Online Supervisor and Team Lead for virtual structures. René studied communication processes, coaching techniques, and conflict management, among other things, and trained call center agents. He is also a quality representative and data protection specialist. colpari focuses on "insourcing."
