Coloriet offers a wide range of care services and welfare activities: (home) care, residential care homes, treatment (including physiotherapy and occupational therapy) and rehabilitation, day activities and day care. At Coloriet, life revolves around others. Life revolves around you. Life is yours. We support people so they can live their lives as they wish. We do this in the areas of living, welfare, and (home) care. Together with over 1100 (care) employees, 600 volunteers, family members, and informal caregivers, we add color to a valuable life. For over 1100 clients, in people's homes and at our locations. Our specializations are psychogeriatrics, geriatric rehabilitation, complex elderly care, and home care. We offer services in the areas of care, participation, safe and independent living, welfare, outpatient care, treatment, and rehabilitation. We also offer treatment combined with living at a location. Characteristic of this are small-scale operations and collaboration with chain care partners. A small selection from our very diverse range of care services: district nursing, personal alarms, living in one of our residential care homes, living in an adjacent apartment, small-scale (group) living for people with dementia, palliative care, an extensive Advice and Treatment Center (multidisciplinary team of therapists and doctors), and day care with activities. We offer care in Lelystad, Zeewolde, Dronten, Biddinghuizen, and Swifterbant.
